Greetings From Your President

Here we are, best month of the year! Pheasants, Deer, Thanksgiving, My
birthday etc. What more could you ask for? I have been hearing some great
pheasant reports. How has the season been for you? Me personally I seem to
be finding more grouse than pheasants but both are always fun.

Id like to get as many people as possible to our upcoming luncheon. Kevin
Robling the GFP Secretary will be our guest, bring your questions.

The Wildlife Federation is sponsoring a booth at the outdoor expo and we are
going to be looking for a few volunteers. Dana will have some information at
the luncheon on how to sign up.

See everyone at the luncheon.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW INPUT FROM OUR MEMBERS!!

I am sorry I have been awol for the last two meetings.  I was NOT hunting or fishing but I made up for it the last two weekends with a rooster hunt  and then a Wyoming elk hunt.
The Secretary of the GFP, Kevin Robling will be our speaker this month.    This is always a good meeting and a very important one to attend if you have anything to discuss with the department.
Please show up and bring friends....

The GFP fee package increase passed the commission and legislative process with flying colors.    What does that mean for sportsmen?   Lets ask Sec Robling next week.

Clean-Out-Your-Freezer Food Drive
A big thanks to members Bill Hearne, Tom Krafka and Christian Hagen on their donations to the last drive.   Lots of good meat to those in need.
I will be doing two other drives through out the fall so please contact me and remind others that now is the time to go through their freezers.
Thanks much
Jeff Olson.
