Well, I am back from too much traveling but it sure was nice watching the Twins sweep the Red Socks in Boston. Fly fishing the Bighorn with my daughter at letting her out fish me, as always.
Nascar was very cool in Dallas also. Now I need to get started on the Walleyes.....
We have one of our big events coming up fast. June 13 is our annual clean up day in Rapid Creek. We need helpers please. I will have a sign up list at our meeting.
9am, our club feed donuts and coffee to the crew. Noon! We feed the crew hot dogs and chips. We partner with the Black Hills Flyfishers for this cool event.
After lunch there is the ONE FLY fishing tourney, details to follow. Helpers are need to feed the creek workers but we also need CREEK WORKERS. Please, we need our members to show up in force.
Our topic at the next meeting will be the South Dakota Sportsmen Against Hunger Program. Lots of changes have occurred over the years but it is still going strong.
