Greetings From Your President

Happy July Everyone! Independence Day! What a great day to spend some time with friends and family. It's always a great weekend to do some relaxing, fishing and BBQing. I hope everyone has plans to enjoy the 4th, get out in the hills and enjoy some greenery.

As of writing this I am still awaiting the results of my deer applications so I can start making hunting plans for the deer season. So besides Dave Stroh (Lucky Dog), did anyone else draw anything exciting?

The recent proposal from the GFP requesting a section line relocation for the new Shooting Range was denied by the Meade county commission. If you are a Meade county resident we urge you to contact your commissioners in support of coming up with a resolution to the section line relocation.

Have a Great 4th !!

Send us your hunting Pictures. We need to spice up the photos section.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW INPUT FROM OUR MEMBERS!!

---
I am sorry for us not having a speaker last month but I have got things lined up for the next few months now. Next week, we will have Al Krause from Black Hills Archery to visit with us about all the great things is shop does for the community, we will also visit about a number of petitions being brought forward by the SD Bowhunters. They need our support and they have some good ideas.
Please attend

Dave Stroh won the queen of hearts drawing last month so the pot will start new this month with a 100 bucks in it,   Since Dave drew a bighorn sheep tag this year, he choose to buy his wife a life membership to our club with his winnings.  Thanks for sharing the wealth Dave.
